| 摘 要： | 对我国民营体育用品企业的发展现状（企业的经济成分、资产规模、技术特征、资金来源等）进行了分析,并对其社会文化环境、法律环境、政策环境、产业环境等进行了评价,认为缺乏技术、资金、人才,管理水平低下,产权不清和知识产权保护不力是影响企业发展的因素。政府需要在技术扶持、资金扶持、人才引进和改善发展环境等方面制定促进我国民营体育用品企业发展的政策。
