| Abstract: | As an important way of measuring the quality of teaching and management, the teaching archives of a college or university offer valuable materials for reference. The practice of teaching and management provides the basis for the construction of such archives, while the establishment of a system guarantees a smooth operation of it. To ensure the quality of such construction, the administrators of a college or university need to have an explicit idea about their respective responsibility, to have a close cooperation and offer effective guidance for others. |
