| 摘 要： | 在对东道国投资环境的要求上,跨国公司R&D直接投资与制造业直接投资不同。构建R&D投资环境评价指标体系对世界48个国家(地区)进行了评价。结果显示,北美和西欧的国家以及日本的投资环境最好,亚洲国家(地区)的投资环境仅次于这三个区域和国家;部分发展中国家(地区)排名已超过一些发达国家;中国在吸引跨国公司知识利用型R&D投资上具备较为优越的条件,但基础设施条件差是吸引跨国公司知识生产型R&D投资的瓶颈,此外,还应尽快改善政策环境。

| Abstract: | There is a difference on the demands of investment environment between MNCs' R&D investment and manufacturing investment. This paper constructs an index system to evaluate the R&D investment environment of MNCs' R&D investment in 48 countries and regions. The results are as follows: firstly, North America and West Europe are the most favorable investment locations in the world, and Asia behinds them; secondly, the R&D investment environment in China is more favorable for MNCs' knowledge-applying investment than for knowledge-producing investment. The poor infrastructure is the bottleneck of China's R&D investment environment. Besides, China should improve her policy environment as soon as possible. |
