灰白毛莓有效抑菌成分的提取

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取灰白毛莓挥发性油、乙醇回流法提取黄酮和生物碱,再用滤纸片法测定各成分的抑菌效果.发现灰白毛莓生物碱对6种供试菌种均有抑制作用,抑菌范围最广,抑菌效果最强;灰白毛莓挥发性油和黄酮分别对4种和3种供试菌种有抑制作用.说明灰白毛莓的有效抑菌成分可能为生物碱类物质.

Abstract:To extract the essential oil in the way of vapor distillation and extract flavone and alkaloid in the way of ethanol refluxing from Rubus Tephrodes Hance and then mensurate inhibitory activity of each component in the way of filter paper method. We found that alkaloid of Rubus Tephrodes Hance had inhibitory effect on all six kinds of bacterium. The extension of inhibit was the widest and inhibitory effect was the strongest. The essential oil of Rubus Tephrodes Hance and alkaloid respectively had inhibitory effect on six and three kinds of bacterium. The result showed that the effective inhibitor component of Rubus Tephrodes Hance probably was alkaloid substance.
