| 摘 要： | "阳光体育运动"的实施,是新时期加强青少年体育、增加青少年体质的战略举措,是高校贯彻"健康第一"指导思想,形成"终身体育"行为习惯的具体表现.作者就高校体育教育现状,高校课外体育活动存在的主要问题及教育部实施"阳光体育运动"的目的和要求等方面进行了调查与分析,旨在探索高校实施"阳光体育运动"的意义.
