诺丁斯关心理论及其与完善人格教育理论的差异

摘    要:诺丁斯的关心理论主要内容包括在教育理念和教育目的层次,以存在主义"我-你"关系论和正义论等学说为基础,建立人际关心的关系,关注每个儿童的发展需要.关心理论与完善人格教育相比,在道德教育内容、过程、方式方法等许多方面均有不同之处.

Abstract:Based on the situation of lacking care of children in the U.S., Nel Noddings' care theory focuses on relationship of care more people. With Existentialism and the theory of justice as basis, care theory pays more attention to individual child's development in terms of education concept and education goal. Compared with character education theory, care theory is different in many aspects, such as content, process, and method.
