| 摘 要： | 金融危机严重影响中国产品的出口，必须把扩大内需作为保增长的根本途径。扩大内需的重点应放在扩大农村居民的消费上；要扩大农村消费，关键是要提高农民的收入。进城务工已成为农民增收的重要来源，然而农民工工资水平普遍偏低是一个不争的事实。农民工工资收入低，导致农民购买力低下，严重影响国内消费需求。必须采取相应措施增加农民工工资收入，提高农民的购买力，这对于启动农村消费、促进经济增长具有重大的现实意义。
