摘    要:在中小学骨干教师省级培训工作中,培训者切实做好各个阶段的工作是保证培训质量的关键。在我院承担的第一期小学骨干教师省级培训实践的基础上,本文介绍了巡回跟踪指导方案的五项内容和实施中应把握的四个原则以及集中培训的成果,并对骨干教师省级培训进行了总结反思。

Abstract:In the work of Provincial Training of Primary and Middle School Core Teachers, it is the key to ensure the training quality for the trainers to do a solid piece of work for each stage. This paper gives an account of the five points and the four principles of the mobile after-training supervising, as well as the achievements of the concentrated training, with a summation of the Core Teachers Provincial Training.
