| 摘 要： | 在中小学骨干教师省级培训工作中,培训者切实做好各个阶段的工作是保证培训质量的关键。在我院承担的第一期小学骨干教师省级培训实践的基础上,本文介绍了巡回跟踪指导方案的五项内容和实施中应把握的四个原则以及集中培训的成果,并对骨干教师省级培训进行了总结反思。
