| 摘 要： | 幼儿受单一性别教师影响,不利于身心健康发展。长期以来,受传统观念和对男幼师培养重视不足的影响,加上学校对男幼师教育、管理方法不当,幼儿园对男幼师的发展和需要重视不够等等原因,导致幼儿园男幼师奇缺。随着学前教育事业的发展,人们越来越认识到男幼师对幼儿健康成长的特殊作用;应该从转变观念、政府施策、重构教育管理模式及创造利于施展才能的角度出发,为男幼师创造有利的职业发展空间。

| Abstract: | Young children are influenced by single gender teachers, detrimental to both mental and physical health. But for a long time, influenced by traditional concepts and the influence of insufficient attention to training male teachers, along with improper education and management on male teachers, male preschool teachers are scarce in kindergartens. With the development of preschool education, people increasingly recognize that male teachers＇ special role on children＇s healthy growth. The concepts should be transformed, some strategies should be implemented by the government, and the education management mode should be reconstructed, so as to create a favorable space for the career development of male teachers. |
