摘    要:高职院校的人事管理改革虽然已经进行多年,但存在诸多困难和问题,应探索和利用新思路进一步深化改革。高职院校要将人事管理工作纳入法治化轨道,实行人事法治化建设;转变原有的"以事为中心"的管理模式为"以人为本"的管理模式;发挥市场机制作用,参与市场竞争的新思路,以促进人事管理改革,提高办学质量和效益。

Abstract:Though personnel management reforms in higher vocational colleges have been carried out for many years, many difficulties and problems still exist in the new situation, and exploration and use of new ideas should further deepen the reform. Personnel management reforms in higher vocational colleges should be incorporated into the orbit of the rule of law, implementing legal construction in personnel management; management model should be changed from the original "task oriented" to "people oriented"; the reform of personnel management should be promoted to improve teaching quality and efficiency by playing the role of market mechanism and participating in market competition.
