高师院校毕业生择业现状调查研究

摘    要:通过对安徽师范大学1000多名本科毕业生的抽样调查表明:毕业生择业的主要途径是人才市场和各种招聘信息;对“双向选择、供需见面”的分配政策满意度不高;大学教师、中学教师、机关干部是大学生首选职业;在选择职业时,主要考虑发挥个人才能、工资水平和社会地位;在工作时间选择上倾向于先考研,再找工作,且毕业生认为有无实际才华、社交能力、家庭背景是获得职业的主要有利因素。

Survey of the current situation of career choices of the graduates of teachers′ colleges and universities
Abstract:A sample survey of 1000 four-year students graduating from AnhuiNormal University indicates: Graduates go job-hunting mainly through human resources markets and job ads. They aren't satisfied with the "Mutual Selection, Interview between Supply and Demand" assigning policy upon graduation, College and middle school masters and administrative positions are their preferred choices. Individual abilities, salary and social position are also taken into account. In terms of time, graduates choose to participate in post-graduate examination before job-hunting. They consider practical abilities, communicative competence and family background to be the contributing factors of obtaining satisfying jobs.
