| 摘 要： | 企业核心能力在企业发展中体现出来的刚性制约了企业核心能力的发展和创新。同时,竞争环境的动态性和不确定性使得企业难以保持某一时点或者短期内的竞争优势。所以,超越核心能力刚性,在企业中创造持续的竞争优势是企业发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | The hardness of core competence prevents enterprise from growing up and innovating during enterprise development.Meanwhile,uncertainty and dynamics of competitive surroundings make enterprise difficult to keep competitive advantages at some point of time or in short time.In conclusion,it is a certain trend that enterprise must surpass the hardness of core competence and bring up substantive competitive advantages in enterprises. |
