| 摘 要： | 中学体育怎样体现“以学生发展为本”，怎样体现以培养中学生的创新意识和实践能力为重点，树立“健康第一”的教育观，这是当前中学体育在实施素质教育过程中所面临的最根本的问题，对上海市中学生进行调查结果表明，中学生普遍喜欢体育运动，但对体育课的满意程度较低；部分中学生认为在体育课上“玩”得不高兴，难以享受到运动的乐趣，部分中学生没有养成经常锻炼的习惯，不知道怎样锻炼身体，参加身体锻炼的主动性不够；体育课对中学生创新意识的培养不够。

| Abstract: | The author used many methods and managed to make a systematic research of Shanghai's middle students. The followings are showed in the result of the research.Most of the middle students like sports,but a few of them are satisfied with PE classes.Part of the students don't have a good time and can't enjoy sports in their PE classes. They haven't grasped the correct way of taking exercise and the habit of taking exercise haven't been developed well. They seldom take exercise on their own initiative. Students' creative idea isn't fostered well. |
