| 摘 要： | 在经济发展全球化进程加快的背景下，我国高校启动了双语教学改革。地方性普通高校在实施双语教学过程中，在师资力量、教学管理、学生学习能力、人事制度、教学研究等方面存在诸多问题。但是，随着双语教育理念的不断更新，地方性高校要在办学定位、人才培养方向、师资队伍建设、教学环境创谩、教学实验与研究、学生学习能力提高、教学方法与手段等方面不断强化改革，探索出适合地方性高校实施双语教学的有效逢径。

| Abstract: | As the acceleration of economic globalization,China has started the bilingual teaching reform in its colleges and universities.In the course of implementing bilingual teaching in local regular institutions of higher education,there are some problems relating to the teachers,the teaching management,the students' learning ability,the personnel system,the teaching and research.However,with the continual renovation of the idea of bilingual education,local regular institutions of higher education should constantly strengthen the reforms in the orientation of running a school,the direction of personnel training,the teacher training,the creation of teaching environment,the teaching experiment and research,the development of students' learning ability,the teaching method and means,etc.,and explore the effective way to implement bilingual teaching which is suitable for local institutions of higher education. |
