| 摘 要： | 总理衙门是在世界资本主义近代化的潮流中设立的,是西方科技、文化思潮传播的结果,也是中国近代社会发展的产物,它属于世界近代化的一部分。它成立之后,与外国侵略者签订了一系列不平等的条约,使中华民族蒙受了耻辱。但在特殊的历史条件下,却为中国社会的近代化产生了巨大的影响,做出了特殊的历史贡献。

| Abstract: | Premier Govement was set up during the modernization of the world capitalism, it was the result of the spread of western technology and culture. Also it was led by the development of Chinese modern society. It was a part of world modernization, After it was established, the officials of the govenment signed a series of unfair treaties with foreign aggressors,which disgraced China. But taking into account the special situation of the time, the treaties contributed a lot to China in a special way. They had a great effect on the modernization of Chinese society of that time. |
