| 摘 要： | 我国农村劳动力素质低下成为制约农村经济乃至整个国民经济发展的主要因素,劳动力素质的提高急需发展农村教育,尤其是农村高等教育.高教自考面向农村发展是科教兴国伟大战略决策的一项重要措施,改革并有效推进自考向农村的延伸,这是我国自考工作亟待解决的一个重要课题.
