| 摘 要： | 社会主义文化建设是推动我国社会、经济和政治发展的精神动力。中国共产党在改革开放过程中逐步形成了有中国特色的文化建设经验，主要包括必须坚持马克思主义指导思想，文化建设必须源于并服务于社会实践，必须继承历史文化的优秀传统与敢于借鉴世界优秀文明。

| Abstract: | In the process of reform and opening-up,the Chinese Communist Party has accumulated its own cultural development experiences with Chinese characteristics.These experiences include the ad- herence to the guidance of Marxism ideas,the formation of culture from serving social needs and carrying on the excellent national traditions while borrowing from other countries'civilizations. |
