| 摘 要： | 天津滨海新区将达到发达国家区域性金融中心的水平,成为具有国际影响力的区域性金融中心,形成了对金融管理与实务专业人才的大量需求,通过对天津金融行业的实地调研,确定高职金融专业学生的就业岗位,提出结合岗位知识需求对现有教学大纲、教学手段及教学内容进行调整,以适应滨海新区的发展需求。
