摔跤运动员血清脂联素水平及急性抗阻训练对其影响的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨摔跤运动员血清脂联素的水平及其与体成分的相关性,并分析一次急性抗阻训练对摔跤运动员血清脂联素水平的影响。方法:将研究对象分为运动员组(12人)和对照组(12人),对安静时血清脂联素的水平及与体成分的关系进行分析。抗阻训练后,休息30min,再测定血清脂联素水平,对比研究摔跤运动员训练前后血清脂联素水平的变化。结果:1.安静时,摔跤运动员血清脂联素水平显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。2.急性抗阻训练后,血清脂联索水平下降,但没有显著性差异(P〉0.05)。3.血清脂联素水平与俸脂%(P〈0.05)、甘油三酯(P〈0.05)有显著负相关;与肌肉(P〈0.05)有显著正相关。结论:1.长期抗阻训练可显著增加血清脂联素水平,急性抗阻训练对脂联素没有显著性影响。2.脂联素与肌肉瘦体、体脂相关。3.单纯用BMI来研究与脂联素的相关关系有一定的局限性,要考虑不同个体体成分差异。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the feature of adiponectin in resting or after acute resistance training.Analyzed the relationships between adiponectin and body composition affection.Methods: Twelve healthy volunteer male wrestling(training year3.25±1.18),as professional group;twelve students in same age as control group.Blood samples were collected and participation adiponectin before and immediately after exercise.Results: 1.The adiponectin levels in resting:professional group more than control group significantly(P<0.01)2.Immediately after exercise,serum adiponectin did not decreased significantly(P>0.05)3.adiponectin concentration has negative linear relationship with Fat%(P<0.05)、TG(P<0.05),positive linear relationship with muscle(P<0.01)、fat-free body weight(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.wrestlers body composition were changed significantly2.Chronic resistance training can increase serum adiponectin levels.Acute resistance exercise don’t significantly affect serum adiponetin.3.The present indicated that adiponectin have linear relationship with fat% and muscle weight significantly.4.In addition,it is limited to take BMI as a parameter to investigate the correlation of adiponectin.
