| 摘 要： | 通过对体育的本质、社会体育的概念及与其它体育的比较分析等路径,揭示社会体育的本质,得出体育的根本性,主体的全民性,范围的普遍性,时间的余暇性和选择的自主性是社会体育的本质,旨在为人们提供更符合实际的本质,促使人们形成正确的社会体育观.

| Abstract: | Through the essence of P.E,the concept of social sports and the comparison with other sports,such as path analysis,reveals the essence of social sports,indicates that the fundamentality of P.E,the entireness of people,the universality of the scope,the leisure of the time and the autonomy of choice is the essence of social sports,aimed at providing people with more in line with the actual nature,promoting the formation of correct social sports concept. |
