| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料检索和专家访谈法，了解现阶段我国体育发展现状和趋势，对全国建设小康社会体育发展的基本特征做初步的分析和研究，认为：在全面建设小康社会阶段，体育发展的特征主要表现在社会体育与竞技体育的发展变化上，以及体育管理组织机制更有效、体育法制更完善、体育产业更强大。

| Abstract: | By looking for lots of referential materials, interviewing experts, and observing the present situation of P. E. and its?trend, the study concludes, after analyzing the basic feature of sports development in all round construction of well-to-do society that P. E. developing features are reflected on the changes of social sports and competitive sports, efficiency of sports management system, completion of sports law as well as the power of the physical training industry. |
