| 摘 要： | 从新民主主义转变到社会主义,这是新民主主义革命胜利后我党的既定目标。在转变的方向问题上,党内的认识是一致的。但在何时向社会主义转变、如何转变的问题上却存在分歧和争论。实现新民主主义向社会主义的转变,应当在充分尊重客观实际的基础上,发挥积极因素,经过一段较长时期的新民主主义经济建设后,再逐步稳妥地过渡到社会主义。总结历史的经验教训,今天建设社会主义,也必须充分认识社会主义初级阶段的现实国情,踏踏实实地进行经济建设,不能做超越社会发展阶段的盲目之举。

| Abstract: | The certain goal of our Communist Party after new demoraticalism revolutionary victory is turning new democraticalism into socialism.In the party,all agree where to turn,but disagree when and how to turn.In order to realize the turning,we should consider fully the reality,mobilize all positive factors,develop new democraticlism economy for a long time,and change into socialism steadily.We should sum up the experience and draw a lesson from history.Today when constructing socialism,we must also realize the fact that we are at the beginning of socialism.We must develop economy step by step,instead of leaping over the stage of social development. |
