| 摘 要： | 案例教学是法律学科教学中较好的教学方法，它可以起到强化学生的知识，提高学生的学习兴趣的作用。有利于培养学生的创新能力、逻辑思维能力及实践运用能力。运用法律案例教学要选择好案例，做好案例的组织工作．同时还要注意案例教学的适用条件。

| Abstract: | Case teaching is the better method in teaching of legal courses, It may strengthen the students' knowledge, and improve students' study interests, and is useful for developing the students' abilities of invitation, legal thoughts and practical apply. The better cases should be choosed in the course of case teaching, and these cases should be organiced carefully. and at the same time also pay atterdion to the proper condition of case teaching. |
