论礼仪教育与高师生成才发展

摘    要:礼仪,作为中华民族和全人类的优良传统文化,是当代高师生提高人文素质和塑造良好形象不可或缺的修养内容。由于历史和现实的原因,高师生的礼仪修养水平却不容乐观。本文从现代人才培育的视角,论述了通过素质拓展的教育途径,对高师生进行礼仪教育,在道德自律、心理健康、交往能力和审美修养等成才发展方面产生的积极作用。

Abstract:As one of the fine traditions of the Chinese people and human beings all over the world,courtesy is indispensable in the promotion of teachers college students' quality and the cultivation of their images and appearances.Owing to historical and factual reasons,teachers college students' etiquette brooks no optimism and is far from satisfaction.From the perspective of fostering talents of the times,the authors probe into the positive effect of protocol education through quality development on their moral self-discipline,psychological health,ability of association,and appreciation of beauty.
