从课程实施看体育教师的继续教育

摘    要:体育课程改革的关键在于有效的课程实施,体育课程实施的关键则在于体育教师的实际运作。课程实施价值取向的转变、三级课程管理体制的推广、体育课程资源的开发与利用,需要体育教师主动的课程参与,也对体育教师继续教育提出了新的要求。国内外体育教师继续教育呈现出办学主体多样化、培训目标多元化、课程设置科学化的发展趋向。新课程背景下体育教师的继续教育要致力于提升体育教师的课程实施能力,推进体育教师教育一体化进程,变革培训范式,优化培训途径。

Abstract:The key of physical education curriculum innovation is implementation, and the key of curriculum implementation is teachers' actual operation.The physical education curriculum that is implementing in our nation,needs teachers' active participation,and put forward some new demands to continuing professional education.There are some common tendency of domestic and foreign physical teachers'continuing professional education,such as the diversification of educational organization and training purpose,and the scientific of courses offered.In order to accelerate the curriculum innovation,the teachers'continuing professional education should foster teachers'ability of curriculum implementation,promote the progress of teachers'education coordinated process,and transform the training model and training approaches.
