| 摘 要： | 端粒存在于真核生物染色体线形DNA末端 ,由富含G和T的DNA短重复序列和端粒结合蛋白组成。端粒能保护染色体末端免遭降解和逐次缩短。端粒的复制是由端粒酶控制的。

| Abstract: | The telomere is the ends of the linear DNA sequence for eukaryotic chromosomes.It consists of the simple short repeating sequence,which is rich in G and T,and the telomere end-binding protein.The telomere can protect chromosomes from degradation and gradual shortening in the cellular life.The telomere replication is in the control of the telomerase. |
