| 摘 要： | 探讨He—Ne激光幅照诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡而抑制肿瘤的生长。采用He—Ne激光处理HL-60细胞，流式细胞仪检测DNA含量及细胞凋亡百分率。发现在57．24J／cm^2的He—Ne激光作用下，HL-60细胞的凋亡百分率为12．83％。同时细胞周期发生改变，G1期减少，S期降低，G2期增加。结果表明在一定剂量He—Ne激光照射下，导致细胞DNA断裂，诱导HL-60细胞凋亡并抑制肿瘤细胞生长。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the effect of He-Ne laser to induce apoptosis of HL-60 cells,applies He-Ne laser to deal with HL-60 cells,and measures the DNA content and the percentage of apoptosis of the irradiated HL-60 cells by the flow-cytometer.It is found that under the He-Ne laser irradiation of 57.24 J/cm2,the apoptosis percentage of HL-60 cells achieved 12.83%,at the same time,the cell-cycle process had also changed: cycle G1 and S reduced,while cycle G2 increased.The results show that under certain density of He-Ne laser irradiation,it can result in the cell DNA breaks and induce apoptosis of HL-60 cell and suppress the growth of cancer cells. |
