| 摘 要： | 本文使用1999-2009年30个省(直辖市)的面板数据度量农业技术进步,同时运用人力资本基尼系数度量我国人力资本"均化"程度,通过理论与实证分析得出:我国人力资本处于边际积累率递减阶段,此时,人力资本"均化"程度越低,则农业技术进步越慢。因而要保障我国农业战略性结构顺利转型,须大力改善教育不平等状况以提高农业技术进步速度。
