| 摘 要： | 教师职业角色不断变化,要求教师队伍的配置更加适应学生发展的需求,所以教师结构合理化是教育工作实施的关键。为向教育决策机构提供教师结构调整的参考信息,本文采取问卷、电话询问、走访、座谈等方式,调查成都青白江区两所有代表性学校的教师结构现状,并结合四川农村其他地区教师队伍结构现状的调查研究情况,进行归类、统计和分析。结果显示,教师结构是影响教育绩效的关键因素之一,教师结构应根据学生发展需求实施合理化改革。
