可视化集成柔性链接方法的研究及实现

摘    要:文章针对我国冶金工业流程复杂,生产单元/装置在功能一结构上耦合效率比较低,系统集成度差,通过过程集成所获得的资源一环境效益低,同时生产流程的多金属伴生资源综合利用效率缺乏相应的协同利用设计,尚未形成分组多梯级利用生态网络等问题展开讨论。根据柔性链接设计理论,采用模糊动态规划法建立数学模型,依照此模型进行求解,得到冶金新流程,最后运用多属性决策分析的方法,从流程的结构和功能的角度得出新流程优劣的排序。

Abstract:This paper is aiming at the disadvantages of China's metallurgical industry, such as the complex process, a relatively low coupling efficiency of the production units / devices in function and structure, poor system integration, low resource / environment benefits obtained from the process of integration. Meanwhile, this paper would discuss the lacking of design to better utilize the associated metal resources generated from production process, and the not yet formed grouping multi-cascade ecological networks. Based on the design theory of flexible links, fuzzy dynamic programming is employed to establish the mathematical model, to further develop new metallurgical processes. By using the multi-attribute decision analysis, priority is determined after reviewing the structure and function of the processes.
