| 摘 要： | 课程建设与改革是提高教学质量的核心,根据职业岗位的任职要求,参照相关的职业资格标准,改革课程体系,优化教学内容,成为强化学生能力培养,增强学生就业竞争力的关键。从秘书职业能力分析入手,提出了重在职业能力培养的课程设置原则,结合教学实际,阐述了课程体系的重构和教学改革的实践探索。
