摘    要:教练式营销策划法是集营销知识传导和营销策划于一起并结合策划咨询方和客户方双方智慧的营销策划咨询模式.在这种模式中,策划咨询方就像一名运动队伍的教练,而客户方核心成员就像运动队伍成员."教练"掌握方向,控制原则,辅导方法,评估结果;"队员"学习基本营销管理知识和方法,结合自己对本企业和市场的深入了解,在教练的指导下,找到问题的答案.

Abstract:Conduction of marketing is combined with plot of marketing by the way of plotting the marketing like coach,and the way integrate the wisdom of consultants and clients.Consultants are like a sports team's coach,while the crucial members of client are like a athlete in such model. Coach master direction,control the concept,coach the way,and estimate the result. Athlete study basic knowledge of marketing and management,and find the key to solve the problem under the help of coach by deeply learning of company and market.
