| 摘 要： | 随着电子技术飞速发展和在各行各业中的日益渗透，电子工艺实习已被教育部确定为高校电类等专业的必要实践环节，让学生在校期间开始接触电子产品的生产实践，学习电子产品生产制造的工艺知识，以弥补从基础理论到工程实践之间的薄弱环节。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of electronic technology and its increasing penetration in every ifeld of the national economy, the electronic process practice has been a necessary practice link for electrical major and so on by ministry of education. Let the students contact the electronic products, learn process knowledge of electronic products manufacture, make up the weak link between basic theory and engineering practice, and obtain the maximum beneift in college years. |
