基于DP总线的S7—300控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对自动化类过程控制系统课程设计与工业生产相脱离的问题,基于网络化过程控制模拟实验装置,对现行的课程设计实验进行了改革,使学生能从控制系统的整个设计、编程、投运过程中熟练掌握过程控制系统的知识和技能。应用DP总线更能适应现代工业控制需要,STEP7软件的应用也为学生掌握现代工业控制技术、工程应用能力打下坚实的基础。

Abstract:In connection with the problem that the process control system course design of automation students are separated from the issue of industrial production. Based on the network process control simulation equipment, reforms were carried out on the existing curriculum design experiments in order to enable students acquire the knowledge and skills from the control system design, programming, putting into operation. Application of DP bus can meet the modern industrial control needs. STEP7 software applications can also provide a solid foundation for students to master the modern industrial control technology and engineering capabilities.
