| 摘 要： | 中心城市电大对提高电大系统的社会信誉度和知名度起着重要作用,因此,研究其开放教育教学质量保障问题意义重大。本文分析了中心城市电大及其功能定位、开放教育教学质量影响因素,并着重提出了几个在教学质量保障过程中需要关注和研究的问题。

| Abstract: | Radio and TV University in central cities plays an important role for the Radio and TV University system to improve its’ social credibility and visibility, therefore, to study the teaching quality of open education is significant. This paper analyzed the Radio and TV University in central cities , its’ functional orientation and influencing factors for the teaching quality of open education, and highlighted several issues in activities of teaching quality assurance, which should be paid attention to and studied. |
