大学有效教学的特征及提高策略

摘    要:有效教学对于学生学习的主动性与发展的独立性产生不可或缺的影响。以石河子大学课堂师生互动教学案例为突破口,分析大学有效教学的特征,并从教学目标、教学容量、教学环境、教学方式等4个方面提出发展策略,以期有效整合教学资源,推动教学方式改革,提高教学质量,实现大学教育的功能。

Abstract:Effective teaching to students’ learning initiative and independence produced indispensable effect in Shihezi University,the teacher-student interaction in classroom teaching case for the breakthrough,analyzed the university features of effective teaching and learning,and from the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching environment and so on four aspects to put forward the development strategy,in order to effectively integrate teaching resources,promoting the teaching reform,improve the teaching quality,achieve the function of University education.
