| Abstract: | This paper was based on some original works and standard books such as “the Historical Records”, “History of Wuxing” by Jia Tai, “History of Huzhou”by the emperor, Qianlong, and “General History of China” edited mainly by Bai Shouyi, figured out again the time and principals of the establishment of Gucheng county, and put forward some views different from that of the majority of scholars at present. |
