| 摘 要： | 把我国沙滩及室内排球运动员所测的心肺功能指标与国外优秀男子沙滩及室内排球运动员的指标进行比较,结果表明:国外沙滩及室内排球运动员各项指标均好于国内运动员;国外沙滩与室内排球运动员各项指标无显著差异;国内室内排球运动员各项指标均好于沙滩排球运动员。建议我国沙滩排球运动员的选材体系应重新设立;体能训练应该模拟比赛中的各项应用技术展开。

| Abstract: | The author compares the cardiopulmonary function indexes of beach and volleyball players between China and foreign counties. The paper concludes that all the indexes of the foreign beach and indoor volleyball players are better than those of China; all the indexes are no significant differences between beach and indoor volleyball players in foreign players; all the indexes of our indoor players are better than those of beach players. Our selecting system of beach volleyball should rebuild and physical training should simulate all the skills of match. |
