| 摘 要： | 通过对企业权力的来源的系统分析,构建O-SEA权力模型并将其应用于公司治理研究是一种有益的尝试。而理解O-SEA权力模型之间的稳定性、以权力边界体现公司治理边界、把握O-SEA权力模型转化、注重权力规制则是从权力视角下研究公司治理所得出的一些新的结论和启示。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward an O-SEA power model and applies to corporate governance research on the basis of catching sources of enterprises power.Meanwhile,this paper draws conclusions such as apprehending the stable of O-SEA power model,embodiment corporate governance boundary by power boundary,gasping transformation of O-SEA power model,and regarding power restriction,which are inspiring conclusions in the angle of O -SEA power model. |
