| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆的文化建设是高校图书馆建设中重要的一部分,它与图书馆的发展与服务密切相关。在阐述构建高校图书馆文化体系的基础上,论述了图书馆文化的发展、内涵与特性,根据高校图书馆文化体系建设的原则,提出了高校图书馆文化体系的内容构成。精神文化、实体文化、管理文化与特色文化密切联系相互促进是高校图书馆文化建设的重点内容。

| Abstract: | The cultural building of university library is an important part of the university library construction,which is closely related to the library development and service.Base on analyzing the significance of the cultural system building of the university library,this paper focuses on the principles of the cultural system construction and discusses the building content of the cultural system.Spiritual culture,entity culture and management culture are closely related to each other and have mutual promotion.They are the core of library construction. |
