| 摘 要： | 旅游业作为一个具有巨大发展潜力的产业群体，在国民经济中的地位日显重要，它的经济影响越来越被各国及地方政府所重视，成为推动社会经济发展的重要因素。根据我国“十一五”规划，旅游被定位为新的经济增长点，同时，许多省市自治区直辖市纷纷出台相关规定定位各自旅游产业，并给予政策、资金、人才等方面的倾斜。本文对安阳市“三阳开泰”文化旅游强市战略进行了分析。

| Abstract: | As a tremendously potential industry , tourism plays an important role in national economy, its great economic infulence has been valued by a great deal of national and local goverments, and became an significant factor to promote the social development. According to the national 1 lth Five- Year Plan, tourism has become a new point of economic increase. Meanwhile , many local goverments proposed related policies to definite tourism industry, and give supports on policy, findings and talents. The article is the analysise on strategy of ＂an auspicious beginning of a new years＂ for the powerful cultural tourism city of Anyang. |
