| 摘 要： | 为了考察硕士研究生学位论文复制比的主要影响因素,基于文献分析的结果设计调查问卷,对156名应届硕士研究生毕业生进行了问卷调查;利用因子分析的方法实证研究了影响硕士研究生学位论文复制比的主要因素。结果显示：导师因素、学术教育因素、学术行为监督因素、工作预期因素是影响硕士研究生学位论文复制比的主要影响因素,并依据这些主要影响因素提出了规范硕士研究生学位论文中学术行为的政策建议。

| Abstract: | A factor analysis is made based on a survey of 156 graduating master's students to investigate the main factors that influence the ratio of copying in student degree theses.Results suggest that the major influencing factors include those related to advisors,education in academic ethics,behavior supervision,and employment expectations.On the basis of the findings,recommendations are given for regulating students in terms of their ethical behavior in the preparations of their master's theses. |
