| 摘 要： | 合肥工业大学自1997年成为工程硕士授权单位以来，在工程硕士的培养方面积极探索，确立了以“应用型”为培养目标，以实践基地建设为载体，“产、学、研、用”联合培养的人才教育模式。在培养方案设置、教学改革、管理体制、学位论文要求等方面紧紧围绕培养目标进行调整和优化，形成了一套特色鲜明的工程硕士培养模式。

| Abstract: | Since 1997,the Hefei University of Technology has successfully implemented its Master of Engineering programs with a focus on production,learning,research and application,and trained competent professionals in collaboration with industry.Efforts have been made to reform its teaching and management to provide a high-quality and extraordinary education for its students. |
