| 摘 要： | 调结构,拉内需已经成为重要的国策。扩大内需需要加快城镇化进程。中小企业在安置就业、推进城镇化等方面发挥着重要的作用。西部民族地区中小企业的发展使得本地农业人口向非农人口大幅度转变,带来城镇化水平的提高。同时,更多的中小企业和非农人口向当地城镇集聚,进一步扩大了产业的发展规模。产业发展和城镇化发展相辅相成,构成了一个统一的有机整体。

| Abstract: | Reconstruction and expansion of domestic demand have become important national policies,which entail quickening of urbanization. Medium-sized and small enterprises can play a very significant role in this aspect while the western ethnic regions are undergoing urbanization steadily. The industrial development and urbanization constitute a unified organism. |
