| 摘 要： | 本文通过对基金绩效统计理论分析，说明指数基金的市场发展前景及对中国经济发展的重要意义。ETFs作为一种特殊的指数基金，更具优势。在详细分析中国发展ETFs具备的基础条件后，同时提出发展ETFs应做的必要准备。
