| 摘 要： | 促进教师专业发展已成为世界教师教育研究的重要课题。教师发展的主题正在转向包括专业引领、同侪互助、自我反思在内的学习共同体的构建，并且教师的工作现场对教师发展具有重要意义。构建由大学、区域教育行政部门及中小学等为主体的区域教师专业发展共同体，以区域骨干教师为发展主体，以其所在学校为实践现场，开展区域教师专业发展的理论与实践的合作研究，实现多方共赢。一个区域学校变革和教师改变的支持性环境，将为教师从传统的以外在“压迫式”为主的发展模式向教师自主专业发展范式转变提供了前提条件。
