| 摘 要： | 针对自2003年下半年以来我国国民经济运行出现的局部过热问题。中国人民银行进行了一系列货币政策操作，相关部门也以其它措施进行配合。本文分析这一期间货币政策执行的效果及存在的局限性，研究我国在货币政策实施中面临的特殊制度背景，进而提出在我国现阶段实施货币政策所应具备的“大智慧”和“大思路”。

| Abstract: | Because of partly inflation in national economy from the latter half of 2003, the central bank of China has executed a series of monetary policy, and the other relevant agencies used other measures to cooperate. The paper analyzes the effect and limitation problems of the monetary policy during this period, and studies the special system background of monetary policy execution in China. At last we suggest that the smart view is needed for monetary policy execution nowadays in our country. |
