| 摘 要： | 农民负担可以分为隐性和显性两种形式。本文试图通过分析由于城市偏向政策导致农民隐性负担沉重的问题,其中主要是对农民在医疗卫生保障方面的隐性负担进行研究。目的是通过当前农村医疗卫生保障体系的改革和完善,来探讨减轻农民负担的问题。

| Abstract: | Chinese farmers' burdens may divide into two forms:opaque burden and transparent burden.This article analyzes the causes which lead to farmers' burdens.Farmers' opaque burden is caused by the national preferential policy to cities.The essay also studies farmers' opaque burden in the aspect of medical care security whose purpose is to arouse people's attention to the reform and completion of medical care system in rural areas. |
