| 摘 要： | 影响高校社会科学研究成果转化的制约因素主要有两个,即微观层面受到思想观念和成果质量的制约,宏观层面受到市场机制和管理体制的制约。其应对策略主要有四项,即转变传统观念,深化应用研究,发展中介机构和完成管理体制。
