| 摘 要： | 采用调查法对河南普通高校体育教师的工作满意度进行研究，通过对不同学历、职称、性别、学校的高校体育教师进行问卷调查。结果显示：教师对工作环境与工作回报满意度最低；其次是对体育教师的福利待遇与晋升满意度较低。不公平的考核与待遇正在消磨高校体育教师的工作热情。

| Abstract: | This study made an investigation on job satisfaction of college PE teachers in Henan province,through questionnaire to college PE teachers of different education,professional title,sex and college,and the result shows that teachers were most dissatisfied with the work returns the working environment,secondly,teachers were quite dissatisfied with welfare treatment and promote.In addition,unfair assessment and treatment are whiling away the enthusiastic of college PE teachers. |
